If you have a question about your order please make sure that you include your order number in the email.

Faulty item?

Should you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered please send us an email with your order number and telephone number together with a picture and description of the actual problem. If the fault is reported within 5 days, it will be replaced with a new product.
