Delivery time from day of dispatch

Please note:

All orders are shipped together once all of the items ordered are available to be shipped. That means that any item you order with your preorder will be reserved for you and shipped out once your preorder is available. If you would like to receive non-preorder items as soon as possible, we ask that you place those items in a separate order.

	Rest of World		Packing approx 5 business days + approx. 12 - 18 business days for shipping
	United States of America (USA)		Packing approx 5 business days + approx. 30 business days for shipping (transport and delivery to the USA still takes significantly longer as a result of the impact of the global pandemic)
	Australia / New Zealand		Packing approx 5 business days + approx. 40-50 business days for shipping (transport and delivery to Australia/New Zealand still takes significantly longer as a result of the impact of the global pandemic)

Track your order

Orders are normally sent within five working days after receipt of your order

With DHL Paket EU shipments you will receive a Track & Trace number from us as soon as we have shipped your order. This way, you can track your package at all times. Please contact us in case you would like to know the status of your order.

Delivery Service

Packages shipped with DHL Paket International and Deutsche Post will be delivered directly to your door by your local postal service. In case you are not at home, you will be notifed by the local postal service to collect your order from the post office.

Delivery outside the EU

All products on shop.eurovision.tv are including VAT calculated based on the shipment address. Orders from international customers (outside EU) are calculated net VAT but customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges in their country.

Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.
