International deliveries may be subject to delays or restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).
Orders can and will still be processed to those affected countries. However, departure dates of packages cannot be accurately calculated at this time. We will monitor the situation daily and adjust to fulfill all orders.

Orders are normally sent within two working days after receipt of your order. With DHL Paket International shipments you will receive a Track & Trace number from us as soon as we have shipped your order. This way, you can track your package at all times. All orders sent with Deutsche Post are registered and will be tracked by us. Please contact us in case you would like to know the status of your order.
Packages shipped with DHL Paket International and Deutsche Post will be delivered directly to your door by your local postal service. In case you are not at home, you will be notifed by the local postal service to collect your order from the post office.
All products on shop.eurovision.tv are including 19% German VAT. Orders from international customers (outside EU) are calculated net VAT but customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges in their country.
Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.
